  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
  • International Shipping: Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly within 7 days of the expected delivery date to report the issue. Then, follow up by emailing info@themariemarie.com to let us know.
  • For packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out. Most reported lost packages are found this way (95%+ success rate).
  • The Marie-Marie will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit or after "delivery." Once the package is handed off to the carrier of your choice, the store has done its part in good faith, and all claims must be handled directly with the carrier and/or your local law enforcement.
